Due to cancellation of the CleanRooms fair, which is targeted towards a broad spectrum of users and suppliers of clean room equipment and accessories, the CleanFlex® team decided to present its products at the Hanover trade fair for the first time. The framework of the "CleanRoom and Hygienic Technology" pavilion was formed together with a number of partner companies. The Hanover trade fair, the world's most important technological event, attracted around 230,000 visitors to the former EXPO site at the heart of Germany.

Despite a 10 percent rise in the number of visitors, the number of specific contacts pertaining to the overall topical field failed to meet the industry's ambitious expectations. The stand team nevertheless succeeded in boosting the presence of CleanFlex® packaging on the market and presenting the philosophy of an unbroken chain of purity via the use of clean room packaging to a wide audience.
