 EloFlex® films are mono-axially oriented films from Bischof + Klein, and offer various special features and advantages in comparison with conventional films.
The advantages of these oriented films versus conventionally manufactured blown and cast films include very high stiffness and very high tensile strength in the machining direction plus outstanding optical characteristics.
The increased strength and tensile strength enable the thickness of the film to be reduced. The resulting reduction in material offers our customers a significant cost advantage.

EloFlex® twist is a new PE coex twist film developed by Bischof + Klein for packaging confectionary. In a special conversion process, this film is equipped with outstanding transparency and ideal twist properties.
Thanks to the reduced film thickness of 25 µm in contrast to the 35 µm achieved by conventional cast PP film, the number of linear metres on reels can be increased, thereby reducing the number of reel changes on the wrapping machines. The material reduction which is achieved offers a significant cost advantage in comparison with cast PP and cellophane films.
EloFlex® twist can be processed at very high speed on all conventional wrapping lines.
